Terms of Service.
1. Operational Agreement
By accessing or utilizing the engineering services provided by Remise Ecommerce Private Limited, you enter into a binding agreement with our governance core. These terms define the parameters of our technical partnership and system usage.
System Access
Access to the Remise core and associated AI nodes is granted solely for professional consultancy and software development purposes. Any attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt our protocols is strictly prohibited.
IP Governance
All proprietary algorithms, design systems, and technical logos on this platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Remise. Usage rights for project-specific code are governed by individual Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
2. Liability Limitation
Remise operates with a high-performance mandate. However, we shall not be held liable for indirect or incidental logic failures resulting from third-party API integrations or legacy hardware constraints beyond our immediate control.
